Roger has worked continuously in the IT recruitment industry for over 19 years with just three companies; During this time, Roger has successfully recruited IT, web and technology staff throughout the UK and internationally.

Up until the end of October 2002 Mick Weaver had been a Senior IT Manager with a FTSE 100 Facilities Management Company matrix managing up to 200 staff and consolidating large data centre environments. He has built up a network of professional contacts spanning a 28-year period.
