Team Manager: Kingston upon Thames- Temp to Perm ***In order to be considered for this role you MUST be fluent in English & Dutch or Finnish*** This is a great opportunity for an experienced Team Manager with European language skills to join a highly successful organisation in Kingston upon Thames. You will be managing a team of up to 15 agents in a Call Centre environment and must have proven experience in a similar role. Daily Duties: - Managing up to 15 Customer Service Agents within a call centre environment - Undertaking individual and team training and performance reviews - Ensuring quality is maintained and KPI's and SLA's are achieved - Ensure all senior level issues and customer complaints are resolved within agreed time frames Working hours: Flexibility required Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 Employment: This role will be employed on a temporary to permanent basis after 12 weeks | |
