Outbound Customer relations role for nationally known company helping to resolve customer queries.
Target focus if very important however this must always be in conjunction with offering customers good servie and a clear understanding of their situation in line with the brand expectations 7 day shift pattern - 37.5 hours per week. 4 months minimum commitment required. Full training given. Reliability and good time keeping essential Also essential are the following: PC literate, attention to detail, excellent rapport building skills, superb standard of spoken English with wide vocabulary (lots of technical terms), target focussed, strong customer service focus and empathy, good work ethic and attitude. The most successful candidates in this role will be positive and enthusiastic and will understand intuitively how to approach each situation. |
