This top fast paced Agency in Tunbridge Wells has a once in a lifetime vacancy for a Media Executive, based in the Media Planning and buying department. You will be passionate and enthusiastic about working for a Media Marketing and Design Agency, who position themselves as a London Agency outside of London.
The role is for a junior/ trainee to work in the media and planning department, and would suit a first/ second jobber or a recent graduate. Your responsibilities initially will be to provide administration support to the media director and media manager - placing bookings with media owners, inputting details on to the correct system, ensuring that the insertions ran as booked, use of industry standard media research systems, tracking media spend etc... Creation and maintenance of excel based media schedules, creation of Power Point charts, graphs and tables. You will also be required to meet with clients and teams within the agency, Account management teams and creative/ production department. Formal training will be provided on the industry standard/ in house systems. As you progress in the role the proportion of time spent on administration will become less and the involvement of planning and buying will grow. You will be of graduate calibre as there is a steep learning curve, have the ability to multi task, be proficient in Microsoft applications and have a can do attitude as well as being enthusiastic about working for this top level Marketing agency. Negotiable basic salary. |
