My client, a luxury retailer, have recently opened their flagship store in Bluewater Shopping Centre and are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help with the day to day running of the shop. The successful candidate will be expected to work in partnership with Head Office Management Team and will play an important part in the effective running of the concession/store. The main areas of work will involve reaching sales targets and increasing profits, dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints, plus health and safety and security issues. You will also be involved in staff management, including interviewing and recruiting and delivering training. You will also be responsible for stock control, ensuring quality is of the right standard and that supplies are re-ordered in time. In return you will receive a generous basic salary plus a performance related bonus and a product allowance. Salary upto 18K depending on experience + 6K performance related bonus, product allowance and generous staff discount. | |
