This is a great opportunity for a Head Chef to become part of a progressive Company and join a Sussex based country house style hotel that is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment including new bedrooms and a new function suite.
The right person to take on this challenging Head Chef role will need to have a flexible attitude during all the exciting changes that are taking place, take ownership of this important role and want to be part of a business that is going through a period of change and moving forwards. You must currently hold a Head Chef position that requires excellent kitchen management and have at least 4 years senior kitchen experience in order to successfully manage this role. Consistent and proven cooking skills will be essential. As Head chef you will have the benefit of choosing your own suppliers and using your skills to write and create your own menus. In return, we are looking for an effective kitchen manager who has good communication skills and work in liaison with the General Manager during all the necessary changes. An excellent salary package will be offered to the right person who will embrace this challenge. In order to be considered for this role you must be eligible to live and work within the UK and have the relevant experience required for this senior role. |
