This is an exciting senior role for a Food and Beverage Services Manager to join one of Brighton’s best hotels to develop the Food and Beverage operation and take the business forwards.
The right candidate for the Food and Beverage Services Manager role will need to have proven Food and Beverage Management experience and must have extensive conference and banqueting operations experience in order to best manage and this area which forms a major and important part of the overall business. Ideally, you will be from a four or five star hotel background and have previously been instrumental in strengthening the Food and Beverage department by setting and controlling operating standards, effective management and leadership of department managers in order to maximise sales and optimising all selling opportunities. You will need to have at least 5 years experience of managing a large team of people within a major hotel including performance management, training and motivation of the team, setting achievable objectives and targets. As Food and Beverage Services Manager, you will need to have the relevant skills and strengths of a senior manager to make this role a success. Excellent people skills and organisation skills will be all important. This is a first class opportunity for a Food and Beverage Services Manager who is looking for a challenging role and ready for career progression. You must be eligible to live and work within the UK and have the required senior hotel management experience in order to be considered for this role. |
