Course details	Today’s leaders need to have a flexible range of leadership styles to suit a situation. They are more accountable and judged by the success of their style and behaviour to a situation. This workshop will help delegates develop their own style of leadership to suit their personality. It is interactive and will bring out the leadership skills and instill team working ethics into your staff. The activities require delegates to take the lead, bring ideas in to the group to examine options and make decisions. We all have difficulty solving problems and making the right decisions in our pressurised jobs. During the two days we will demonstrate to delegates how changes in their mindset to problem-solving and decision-making can help solve what appears to be impossible. The workshop encourages delegate participation and helps individuals to build confidence. You will become more confident and discover team leading abilities, problem-solving and decision-making skills that can help to drive your business forward.
