MiddletonMurray is a recruitment consultancy who recognises the risk of recruitment, particularly via an Agency, where a fee is payable. As a consultancy, we try to minimise this risk by offering un-heard of, unconditional, financial guarantees that you will only pay for candidates who stay with you.
Specifically, if we place a permanent candidate with you, we will promise to refund 100% of that fee if the candidate leaves you for any reason other than redundancy during the first 100 days. Also if we place a temp with you and for any reason you are not happy with them for the first 5 days then we will charge you absolutely nothing.
