Kings Hill Recruitment was established in the Autumn of 1998 in direct response to the needs of companies based on, and relocating to, the Kings Hill Business Park, near West Malling in Kent.
In July 2005 our new division, Kent Executive Search was launched. This enhanced the recruitment service currently offered to our clients in Kings Hill and the surrounding area, in addition to expanding our services on a Kent wide basis. Our proactive approach to recruitment has resulted in an extensive database of locally based candidates, skilled in many disciplines, from office juniors through secretarial support, line management to Managing Directors.
We have also played a key role for companies relocating to Kings Hill. An ongoing major project involves the recruitment of 120 new staff members for a financial services company associated with their relocation and expansion on Kings Hill. Every day we have an average of 60 temps out working on Kings Hill covering peak workloads, sickness, holidays and maternity cover in a range of assignments including administration, reception, customer services, accounts/ bookkeeping, secretarial, data entry and switchboard.
We have filled over 250 permanent vacancies in the last 12 months, providing local companies with a successful and cost effective way of recruiting staff at all levels. Where applicable candidates are skills tested, ensuring that the client is provided with suitable temporary cover or permanent staff. 90% of the companies based on the business park have worked with Kings Hill Recruitment to locate temporary, contract or permanent members of staff.

Kings Hill Recruitment boasts an eleven strong team, now based in larger offices at the heart of Kings Hill, and is headed by Mike and Amanda Richardson, who between them have over 30 years experience in the recruitment industry.
